TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Reservations are subject to availability

  2. All tours are open for joiners if the client did not avail exclusive packages

  3. Travel dates are subject to change due to weather conditions

  4. Participants must guarantee that they don’t have any medical conditions such as hypertension, heart problems, or any dangerous medical conditions unless recommended by a licensed physician

VALIDITY AND PRICE GUARANTEE

All prices are based on current rates in effect at the time of printing. All tours and itineraries are based on hotel and tour policies, schedules and operational conditions at the time of printing. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, unforeseen economic circumstances and/or change of policies from the authority (e.g. after/during pandemic circumstances and regulations.) In the case of human or computer error One Media Travel reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Please consult a professional travel agent who will answer questions, provide valuable information, and make the reservation. A deposit of 1000PHP (non-refundable at all cases) per person is required before confirmation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the final travel date. One Media Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and assess appropriate cancellation charges. Mode of Payment will be the following: GCash, BPI Family Savings Bank, Major Credit and Debit Cards.  Please coordinate with the travel agent for the complete details of the Mode of Payment.

 

Reservations without Travel Dates must provide their requested Travel Date 90 days before the said date and is subject for availability. Security of availability of accommodation is not provided. Request for travel dates after 90 days before the said date is allowed but security of availability of accommodation is not provided.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

All requests for changes must be made in writing. Rebooking is for free up to 3 times given that the request is made 90 days before the new travel date till December 2025. Security of availability of accommodation is not provided. A handling fee of 500PHP/pax/per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation if not made 90 days before the new travel date.

 

We regret we are unable to make refunds for unused portion(s) of the tour including but not limited to missed meals and sightseeing.

FORCE MAJEURE

During any vacation period, unforeseen events can take place, these events may include but may not be limited to the following, terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disasters, floods, typhoons or a nuclear disaster. These acts among others are referred to in the travel industry as FORCE MAJEURE, a French term meaning, “unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract”.


Let it be known that One Media Travel and Tours will in no way be responsible for any booking, travel, airlines, vehicle transfer, boating transfer, hotel accommodations refund during a Force Majeure. It is highly advised that prior to your travel, that you acquire travel insurance to protect your interest.

LIABILITY

One Media Travel and Tours, hereafter called the tour agency act only as agents for the various companies, owners or contractors, providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. The responsibility of the tour agency is limited. The tour agency will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour agency will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delays, changes or any other reason. The tour agency is not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The agency cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owner or his employees. The tour agency reserve the rights to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reasons.
